RocketfuelTopologyReader is not working at all. 
it always fails before reading 2nd line.

I'll fix it ASAP.

This bug was introduced by following changeset.
http://code.nsnam.org/ns-3-dev/rev/1fe139cb2f7d

I've included testcase to detect this kind of modification.
