The value of failAvg may reach value 1.0.

Method AirtimeLinkMetricCalculator::CalculateMetric (Mac48Address peerAddress, Ptr<MeshWifiInterfaceMac> mac) should be redesign to return 
0xFFFFFFFF when failAvg = 1.0 or metric value is higher then 0xFFFFFFFF, and metric value otherwise.
