I have been trying to use DCE cradle to allow for linux based TCP protocol simulations to run using the ns-3 based bulk send application when I noticed issues occuring due to the absence of a send buffer implementation in the cradle. 

Upon contacting Hajime regarding this, he had mentioned the below missing items in the cradle to allow for the use of the bulk send application using DCE.

- lack of appropriate EINPROGRESS handling
- inappropriate poll wakeup (at kernel glue layer)
- lack of send callback handling from dce cradle
