Patch to update wifi-trans-example

Since the correction of bug #2826, management frames are no longer sent using configured data mode, thus wifi-trans-example should be updated.
Attached patch does the following:
- addition of a data packet is sent to illustrate max spectrum for each standard
- account for ADDBA procedure
- correction of the configured data rates for 10 MHz and 5 MHz OFDM
- adjust duration for max resolution
