it should probably try to download http://research.wand.net.nz/software/nsc/nsc-0.4.0.tar.bz2 in release mode.

The issue is also that, if I download nsc by hand and if I try --enable-nsc, the script will try to use mercurial anyway to update the repo which is likely to fail  :/
