The tutorial references -j option in waf which is now redundant.  Tutorial also assumes old-style regression tests and doesn't explain the --with options.  Also, if we are using allinone, the tutorial should probably use that.

If these issues were fixed by pre 3.4 tutorial updates, Craig, please mark as resolved.
