Our users are obviously having a hard time understanding how to construct correct config paths and use them.  We need to have a tutorial section that does some hand-holding and detailed explanation of what is going on.

In conjunction with some new NS_LOG messages in config.cc we need to walk through examples, and follow in detail, how one would figure out what goes right and what goes wrong in this area.

This tutorial chapter seems to have already been added along the way.
