In file src/devices/wifi/wifi-phy.cc

functions WifiPhy::Get12mba, 18mba, 24mba, 36mba, 48mba and 54mba creates BPSK modes - correct modes are:

12, 18mba - QPSK
24, 36mba - 16QAM
48, 54mba - 64QAM
