Summary says it all: FreeBSD uses it by default (so far only for kernel), Apple Mac OS X will if it already doesn't, and Fedora/Debian/Ubuntu package it.

Partial patch is done, will post it as soon as I get tests to compile and work. The good thing is that most of the fixes are trivial and are actually minor issues that g++ doesn't find.
