lte-multiple-flows example crashes

Apparently it was crashing on ns-3.13 as well. Created attachment 1363 [details] The device number was wrong Kinda stupid bug. Don't know if it work as intended, but it doesn't crash anymore. Need a check from lte maintainer. T.
will be fixed by the pending LENA LTE merge (I have been told).
can this be closed now?
Yes, the example lte-multiple-flows has been replaced by other examples.
