Hi, guys!

I'm wondering whether NS3 has any utility thar implements leaky bucket or token bucket?

As far as I can remember, NS2 has such utilities like InteServ/DiffServer/Traffic Shaper, but I can't find any in the source code of NS3 yet!

Can anyone help me?
