Improvement to remove code duplication between yans and spectrum classes.

+1 on the patch in general.  Regarding future evolution, we have in mind to contribute spectrum-aware error models and signal trackers in the future, so WifiPhy receive methods will need to be overridden or side-stepped in the future, but the current patch is good for now.
