This is a first phase in the support of the upcoming 802.11ax amendment that I'd like to include in the upcoming release so that people can start testing and we can detect bugs much faster. 
I'll include missing parts in the next releases with the target to have something fully ready once the standard is published.

It is definitely something I'd like to include in the next release. Since it follows the same idea as HT and VHT, I do not think there will be much comments on this. Does anyone has some remarks about this patch?

I plan to handle all comments at once next weekend so that we can have something ready for the next release.

Submitted another patch set handling Tom's comments.

Tom, it is still unclear what is expected for the error model section in the documentation update. Could you please let me know your point so that this patch set can be finally delivered over the weekend?
