Various required fixes in ideal prior to changes for 802.11ax

I made a patch to add support for 802.11ax in ideal wifi manager support.

I also had to fix some small issues in ideal wifi manager so that it can be easier adapted for 802.11ax.

+1, but are all of the changes to src/wifi/test/examples-to-run.py simply whitespace changes (and hence can be removed from the patch)?

No, GI is now specified in duration, so this change is required.

Fixed in changeset 12851:b34bff00e71f
