Correcting equation for CW growth on collisions.

This change modifies regression tests output of
test-third and test-wifi-wired-bridging

I would tend to trust this patch but, would you mind provide a small comment as a rationale for this patch which points to the relevant sections of the 802.11 spec ?

802.11-2007 section 9.2.4 Random backoff time for DCF but without equation, section 9.9.1.5 for EDCA with equation.
